The story of Lughnasa

The idea for Lughnasa grew from a desire to preserve the beauty of some of life’s most important moments. After celebrating weddings or milestones of those dearest to me, I found myself thinking about the flowers surrounding us.

I felt the carefully chosen florals—expressions of love, intention, and artistry— represented so much more than the perishable petals would allow for.

I began exploring the craft of floral preservation, creating bespoke frames and timeless decorations: sentimental pieces that live on walls, around the home, or even on a Christmas tree.

Lughnasa acts as a caretaker for our customers' special moments - capturing, creating, and conserving them to keep your memories, forever in bloom.

Taking this one step further, I started reflecting on the transient nature of the Irish seasons themselves; in creating lughnasa, I have found a way to preserve the beauty of the world around us and bring it into your home forever.
